These work packages include the project vision
1. Strategy
We define and prioritize your personas and outline their ideal journey through the website based on a user journey. Together, we identify the most important user needs and determine which specific actions (conversions) should be achieved on the website.
2. Branding
We translate your brand identity into a digital concept and determine how the new website should appear visually and tonally. By sharpening your USPs, brand characteristics and brand promise, we position you clearly and effectively against your competitors.
3. Content
We identify the required content elements to perfectly stage your brand emotionally and in terms of content. The spectrum ranges from classic copywriting, graphics and photography to immersive formats such as FPV drone shots, 3D modeling and video shoots.
4. Ideation
We dive into the variety of possible designs and looks as well as the behavior of the website. On the basis of our curated Inspiration Library we explore different styles together, from crazy fancy to normal but cool to very simple and calm. This is how we find the look that inspires you and matches your brand.
5. Offering
We talk about your offer and define how your products and services need to be presented digitally in order to be as convincing as possible.
6. Integration
We identify opportunities for AI micro-tools and smart features that offer your visitors real added value. From intelligent assistants to automated little helpers, we ensure that your website not only informs, but also actively supports and takes over tasks.
7. Roadmap
Finally, we develop a concrete roadmap that transparently maps all project phases and milestones up to go-live.

Deliverable
More than just colorful post-its. You leave the workshop not just with "good ideas", but with a concrete action plan. This gives you a project vision covering all these points. That's around 20-30 slides with a reliable cost estimate.
